We are pleased to announce that we have successfully secured full planning permission for the construction of a self-build residential dwelling within the District of Epping Forest, which included robustly demonstrating the acceptability of the development in relation to the permitted development fallback position and proactively addressing comments raised by statutory consultees during the public consultation process.
