Phase 2 are pleased to announce that we have successfully assisted our client in securing full planning permission to convert an existing outbuilding within Westcliff-on-Sea into a single residential dwelling. This included providing design input into the carefully designed scheme to respond to the site-specific constraints including the presence of nearby first-floor/second-floor habitable windows, and preparing a Planning Statement that fully justified the acceptability of the proposed development.
