Phase 2 are delighted to announce that a Section 73 application has been approved by Uttlesford District Council to vary the approved drawings to an original permission for a single residential dwelling, which at its core involved a complete re-design of the residential dwelling in terms of its layout, scale, massing, volume and appearance. Crucial to the success of this project was the use of productive pre-application discussions and the subsequent preparation of a robust submission which referred to leading case law on the scope of Section 73 applications and justification for the proposed design based upon a comprehensive understanding of the surrounding built environment.
