We are pleased to announce that we have successfully secured full planning permission for various additions to an established care home, including a substantial rear extension incorporating a function hall and accommodation for individuals with a range of conditions such as dementia. The successful outcome was facilitated through the use of constructive pre-application engagement with the Council and presenting a robust evidential case for the formal submission to show a clearly identified need for the additional bedspaces.
