Phase 2 are pleased to announce that they have successfully assisted their client in obtaining full planning permission for a change of use from a family dwelling to a children’s care home. Paramount to the success of this project was providing a robust submission with the appropriate technical reports alongside positive and continued dialogue with the Council through to its conclusion.
