Phase 2 has recently been successful in securing detailed planning permission for 7 new dwellings and associated development on land on the edge of the village of Bradwell near Braintree, Essex.
Following detailed pre-application discussions with officers of Braintree District Council and Members of Bradwell with Pattiswick Parish Council the subsequent full planning application was able to be supported as being compliant with the ‘Made’ Bradwell with Pattiswick Neighbourhood Plan and Phase 2 is delighted to have been able to secure this high-quality planning permission for our client.
