About This Project

Phase 2 have been appointed by Suffolk County Council to submit a hybrid application and EIA for up to 1000 dwellings (C3), up to 80 bed care (C2), up to 5 hectares of commercial space, access, public open space (including Suitable Alternative Natural Greenspace) and landscaping; together with a new local centre; primary school and 2 x early years facility; and associated infrastructure. The application was submitted in early 2024 and follows extensive consultation on the now approved Master Plan. A decision is hoped by the end of 2024.
