About This Project

Phase 2 successfully promoted land in the village of Ancaster for a landowner through the South Kesteven Local Plan review.  Work involved analysis of the site and its context which then informed written submissions to the Council and participation at the Local Plan Examination.  The Inspector agreed that the land should come forward for around 35 dwellings and as a consequence the site is now allocated within the adopted Local Plan.
