Phase 2 are pleased to announce that we have successfully assisted our client in securing full planning permission at appeal for the construction of a replacement dwelling within the Green Belt, following an initial refusal by Epping Forest District Council. Crucial to the success of this project was presenting a robust Appeal Statement with reference to relevant case law and key spatial metrics demonstrating that the proposals would not be materially larger than that they replace in line with paragraph 154(d) of the Framework.
