We are pleased to announce that, following an initial refusal, planning permission has been subsequently granted by Chelmsford City Council to re-develop a brownfield site within the Green Belt to construct seven new residential dwellings. In close collaboration with the architects (E & M Design Partnership), following the initial refusal we provided extensive feedback into the revised design and associated technical reports which contributed to the eventual grant of planning permission.
