About This Project

Phase 2 were successful in assisting Countryside Partnerships in securing Reserved Matters planning permission for Phase 3(a) of the North Heybridge Garden Suburb consisting of 234 new dwellings and associated development following Members resolution to grant RM planning permission at Planning Committee. This high-quality and compliant scheme followed detailed pre-app and post-application discussions with officers and collaborative working to resolve last-minute Highways concerns enabling such recommendation and resolution to be realised.
