About This Project

Phase 2 managed the submission of an appeal against refusal of planning permission for an outline application that sought permission for the erection of up to 70 dwellings and associated development. We assembled a strong team of technical consultants and coordinated the submission of all evidence which was presented ahead of, and during a hearing where we also presented key aspects of the case. Planning permission was approved subject to conditions and a completed legal agreement for a phased development on behalf of the landowner and developer.
