About This Project

Phase 2 were successful in acting for Helena Romanes (Secondary) School in securing planning permission for the school’s relocation to a new site in the town and the redevelopment of the existing school site to provide up to 200 new homes and associated development.

Despite working closely with Uttlesford District Council throughout the planning process the residential element of the proposals was ultimately secured at appeal following an informal hearing.
