About This Project

Phase 2 has recently submitted a detailed planning application for new residential development in central Braintree within the town’s Conservation Area and within close proximity to designated and non-designated heritage assets. The development consists of the construction of 7 new dwellings and associated development on land adjacent to Weavers Park, off Bocking End, Braintree, Essex, CM7 9AA.

This detailed planning application submission has followed 2 rounds of detailed pre-application discussions with officers of Braintree District Council and the Council’s Heritage Consultant and we look forward to working closely with our client, the Council and other stakeholders to secure approval for this high-quality development.
