About This Project

Phase 2 were successful in securing detailed planning permission for the conversion of existing an existing Grade II Listed Building to form 5 no. new high-quality apartments and the demolition of an associated annexe building and separate outbuilding and their replacement with new residential development comprising 5 no. dwellings and associated development at the former Kilns Hotel, Gt Warley, Brentwood.

Given the sensitive nature of the site and context we worked closely with Brentwood Borough Council to agree the principles and detail relating to these proposals. This included collaborative working with the case officer and Council’s Heritage Advisor including a number of site visits.
