About This Project

Phase 2 has recently been successful in securing the redevelopment of a well-located site in Shoeburyness, Southend-on-Sea to deliver 70 much-needed new dwellings for our client Taylor Wimpey (London) following Members decision to grant detailed planning permission.

This high-quality scheme will deliver both housing and apartment units and has successfully been able to address loss of employment, flood risk, TPO trees and drainage concerns following a number of rounds of detailed pre-app, public consultation and post-submission collaboration with the Authority in order to achieve such a positive outcome.
