Phase 2 are delighted to have assisted in securing unanimous approval for a mixed-use building comprising of office space and 46no. affordable housing units alongside associated development, for B3 Living. The scheme follows lengthy and positive discussions with officers on design, and will create both office space and assist in meeting significant affordable housing needs for 1 and 2 bed units in Broxbourne District.
