Earlier this year Phase 2 was successful in assisting Qualis Commercial to secure full planning permission for the redevelopment of a brownfield site in Waltham Abbey to provide 28 high quality homes and associated development . This regeneration of the former Waltham Abbey swimming pool site was secured via Epping Forest Council’s Planning Committee as supported by the Officer’s recommendation of approval.
