Appointed by the landowner Wilkin & Sons, famous for the jam production business, Phase 2 successfully delivered a consent for a solar power generation scheme which is anticipated to deliver significant cost and efficiency savings for the business, whilst also greatly enhancing the sustainability of the firm’s operations. Planning permission was achieved in June 2023 following extensive and productive pre-application discussions with the local planning authority which identified and enabled agreement to be reached in relation to a number of key issues ahead of the submission of a formal planning application.
