About This Project

Phase 2 has been successful in securing detailed planning permission for new recreational facilities in the Metropolitan Green Belt at the Heron Country Club. The development consists of the part change of use of an existing greenkeeper’s shed into a cryo wellness / physiotherapy Centre (Use Class E) with external alterations incorporating new entrance doors and cladding.

We have also recently submitted a further detailed planning application on the site for a new pickleball court facility which seeks to utilise existing built form on the site. We look forward to working with our client, Brentwood Borough Council and key stakeholders to secure approval for this exciting new project.
