Phase 2 were successful in assisting Nexus Infrastructure in securing detailed planning permission for a major new office development comprising of a purpose-built office building, access, car parking, soft landscaping and associated development on land at Skyline 120, Great Notley.
This process involved a Planning Performance Agreement (PPA) which greatly assisted the promptness of pre-application and planning application processes and a positive recommendation of approval on the planning application which was subsequently granted by Members of Braintree District Council’s Planning Committee.
