19 Feb Planning permission secured for 23 new homes in Ongar
Phase 2 is proud to announce that we have recently been successful in assisting our client in securing detailed planning permission for 23 new homes and associated development on a recently allocated site in Ongar (Epping Forest district) following an unanimous resolution to grant by Members at the Council’s Planning Committee.
Despite the site’s allocation and release from Green Belt a number of complex and technical matters still had to be addressed and by utilising Planning Performance Agreement (PPA) and pre-and-post application meeting processes the application was able to be supported by the Ongar Neighbourhood Plan Community Group and officers in their recommendation of approval.
Phase 2 are now excited to see these high-quality and much needed new homes be delivered on the ground.
