We are pleased to announce that we have successfully assisted our client, Stonebond Estates Ltd, in securing planning permission (via a Section 73) to enlarge two previously approved replacement dwellings in the Green Belt, to provide an increased level of living space for their future occupiers, through providing design input to the appointed architect and providing a comprehensive Planning Statement to support the submission. This followed an initial refusal by Epping Forest District Council for a similar proposal on the grounds of harm to the Green Belt harm and the perceived loss of two bungalows which provide an identified housing need.
