Phase 2 are delighted to have secured planning permission for a hybrid application and EIA for up to 1000 dwellings (C3), up to 80 bed care (C2), up to 5 hectares of commercial space, access, public open space (including SANG) and landscaping; together with a new local centre; primary school and 2 x early years facility; and associated infrastructure. The application has been the subject of extensive consultation after being allocated in the 2019 Local Plan. Phase 2 were instructed by Suffolk County Council and Concertus, and were part of an excellent team including Blue Pencil, AECOM, David Jarvis, Geosphere, Create and Ingent. The site will be developed by Edmundham Homes.
