Following a long planning history, Phase 2 were approached to assist with efforts in securing planning permission for residential development on a land parcel in a rural area of Chelmsford City. By adopting a new and carefully tailored planning strategy, alongside a robust and comprehensive submission, we were able to secure planning permission to convert an existing rural building into a single dwellinghouse.
