Phase 2 Planning has recently been successful in securing one of, if not the first, Grey Belt planning application approval in Uttlesford district.
The development comprises the construction of 7 no. new dwellings in the sought after location of Hatfield Heath with members of Uttlesford’s Planning Committee endorsing officer’s recommendation and granting planning permission for this high-quality development.
