Phase 2 are pleased to have secured full planning permission on behalf of Edmundham Developments LLP for 50 dwellings and sports facilities/open space at the former St Felix School in Newmarket. Although the application was subject to an objection by Sport England and the Town Council, we worked closely with officers to both secure a positive recommendation, and presented to the Planning Committee who were persuaded by the benefits of the scheme.
Looking forward to seeing this well designed new housing scheme delivered on the ground.
