Phase 2 are happy to announce that following a recent refusal and subsequent collaborative pre-application enquiry, planning permission was recently granted for the replacement of an agricultural building with a new dwelling. This sensitively designed, highly sustainable dwelling in the countryside was approved by Uttlesford District Council following constructive discussions with the LPA and technical input from the appointed landscape consultants.
