Phase 2 has recently been successful in securing detailed planning permission for the demolition of an existing garage and large areas of hardstanding and the construction of a new care home (Use Class C2) with associated parking, garden and access improvements in Frinton-on-Sea.
Phase 2 worked collaboratively with officers to ensure that a high-quality redevelopment of the site could be achieved which made effective re-use of the brownfield context as well as demonstrate full compliance with other relevant policy provisions within the adopted Local Plan.
Following such close working the application was able to be supported by officers with a determination made under delegated powers.
