Phase 2 has been successful in assisting our client in securing full planning permission for the construction of a new storage warehouse building, incorporating unrestricted opening hours and an upgraded vehicular access, in the Tendring District. Fostering a positive and collaborative approach at the earliest stages with the local planning authority was crucial to the success of the project, with pre-applications discussions influencing the final design of the project and together with client input, ensured a timely and delegated officer approval.
