About This Project

Phase 2 have successfully secured planning permission for the redevelopment of two buildings within Maidstone town centre for a new SEN school campus for Octavia House School.  Working with Scene Architects and Smith Jenkins Heritage Consultants, we achieved a high quality design for the site which respects the Conservation Area.
