Phase 2 has been successful in obtaining full planning permission for their client for the construction of a new storage warehouse (B8 Use Class) with associated yard space, parking and ancillary facilities. Crucial to the success of this project was undertaking constructive pre-application discussions with the local planning authority, providing a robust submission as supported by the appropriate technical reports , and responding decisively to statutory consultee comments during the consultation period.
Subsequently, Phase 2 has been successful in obtaining full planning permission for the same client in forming an open-air storage facility for the storage of commercial items, following the demolition of existing structures on the site.
