About This Project

Mersea Homes appointed Phase 2 as lead consultants in the preparation and submission of a hybrid planning application for a new neighbourhood as part of the Ipswich Garden Suburb. These proposals were subject to pre-application negotiations with the Council and key stakeholders and also public consultation. The application proposes around 1,000 dwellings, schools, a local centre, open space and associated infrastructure on a 53 hectare site on the edge of Ipswich.
