About This Project

Phase 2 were successful in securing planning permission for Huntstowe Land for major new residential development in the village of Finchingfield following a Public Inquiry planning appeal. The development relates to the construction of up to 50 new dwellings, new public open space and associated development on the edge of the village itself.

Following many months of detailed preparation and working alongside Counsel and a detailed consultant team before and during the Planning Inquiry the appeal was allowed securing this important and much-needed development for the village and district.
